Implemented as part of the hospitality group’s aggressive expansion plans to open a new hotel every 4 days, the solution lowered hiring-related costs by an estimated ₹6.5 crore annually, reduced recruitment timelines from eight months to two months, reclaimed nearly 18,000 management hours, and enabled the assessment of more than 6,000 candidates across geographies.
